Leu Gardens
Visited Leu Gardens recently which is a botanical gardens situated near downtown Orlando. You get to explore 50 acres of gardens and historic home. Some of the collections on display are a tropical rainforest, rose garden and butterfly garden, but there were many more. It reminded us of being at a National Trust place back home, so lots of gardens, flowers, woodlands, trails lakes etc. Basically there was a lot to cover!

They were actually setting up for an event in December called “Dazzling Nights” which is a night time Christmas event that takes place in the garden areas. It involves a lot of light displays up and around the grounds, a lot like what they do at Westonbirt arboretum. Judging by what we saw being it looked like it was going to be amazing, and it’s a shame we have to leave soon and won’t have the opportunity to see it in all its glory.

Finally there were some unique birdhouses around, so thought they would make some good pics!

One last picture of an alligator we saw whilst taking a walk in Celebration…definitely the biggest one we’d seen on our trip.

Thanks for reading!
